Ed Frazier, founder & owner of Smith Lake Realty, has 35 years of real estate experience. In 1984 Ed Frazier opened  the door to Smith Lake Realty. Seeing the potential of what Smith Lake Realty would become.      The 1st year the number of property owners for all three counties was approximatley 1,500 property owners. That number has grown to over 6,000 to the present time. That number should double in the next eight to ten years.      Smith Lake Realty services all three counties that the lake covers: Walker, Winston and Cullman counties.  Ed started it with only himself and a meager living and worked it up to what it is today. Today it has eight full time sales people with more being licensed. The future of Smith Lake Realty looks better than Ed could have hoped for.      Smith Lake Realty has more experience and knowledge of  Smith Lake than all other Real Estate companies.      Smith Lake Realty has rental, lake lots, vaction homes, weekend get aways, and primary homes. Also, they are selling boat houses and used boats.  Making it a one stop shop for Smith Lake. Plus they co-op with  all other real estate companies.
